Why a foodie? What are the factors that would lead you to enter the world as a foodie?

What is fascinating about food and which factors will drag you into this enchanting world? The very first thing you would be attracted to is the various types of food, street food, Thai food, Chinese Food, Cuisine Creole, Indian food, Italian food. Gosh! Only by spelling them, one can imagine the various tastes, various textures, different spices are used that have the ability to make one travel to many destinations only by the aroma and the taste. Just close your eyes, it will allow you to visualise it. The feeling you get while eating good/excellent food can soothe you down and even act as a relaxing agent. Let me just bring forward an example to make you feel and visualise it. A mouth-watering experiment: my favourite fruit is watermelon when taking the watermelon in hand, you can feel the cold while seizing it, smell the aroma while taking it down to your mouth, feel and experiment the surface as you bite and chew the fruit, hear the cracking noise while you tear a piece. Isn’t this magical, I bet by visualising it you already felt it. That’s the power of food, it has the ability to bring that smile on your face and you can already feel the real pleasure of being a foodie. This was only a small example taken, I’ll let you ponder and wonder about the delicacies of the other cuisines!

Girls would most probably agree to how chocolates can actually calm your nerves and soothe you down. A simple bite on a chocolate transforms your mood and can make you feel better. Like I say, it’s all in the simple things for a foodie. Or when you are hungry and you want something filling a burger, with a medium rare chicken or beef burger, with the juicy sauces enhancing the taste, with lettuce and tomatoes, adding some onion rings and French fries. Did that just made you want to have one? Can you actually feel how the idea and vision of that fat burger made you mouth-watering! It’s only a matter of food and wine!
